This section is designed as an API-style data layer on Cloudflare Pages Functions. It gives Ten Squared a more active, commercial feel, supports the app with current market context, and helps position the business closer to a modern property-finance platform than a static brochure site.
Why the feed matters
Property finance is rate-sensitive. A live market layer helps frame affordability, pricing, debt serviceability, covenant headroom, and overall transaction sentiment with current macro context rather than stale assumptions.
Current implementation note
Prime and SARB policy references have been updated. The remaining items are intentionally shown as premium market placeholders and can be connected to fuller live sources in the next build phase.
